Many companies who used to make lo-carb products simply changed their marketing strategies and now call the same (or similar products) lo-cal. For example, the lo-carb spaghetti sauce I used to love is now called lo-cal and has a banner across the front saying "no added sugar". It's really just made from the veggies and spices, no fillers. Carb Countdown milk is now Calorie Countdown milk. My favourite lo-carb yogurt is now called "light and fit", but is still low in carbs and yummy. So.. all I'm saying is, don't overlook lo-cal products when looking for your old lo-carb favs.

I love that milk. Another lo-cal thing I found is the bread at Trader Joe's. It says low-calorie, but it also only has 6 carbs. Too many for me to bother with, but my mom loves it.
