anyone know if these are legal? I started brushing my teeth more often to get rid of the staleness in my mouth, but thought these would be convenient when traveling...

Goal - To zip up current pants without sucking it in-10/25/09
Goal - To need a belt/roll waistband of current pants
Goal - To wear the next size down - 11/13/09
Goal - To wear the next size down - without a muffin top!! 11/18/09
Goal - To wear 'those' jeans (ya know - the ones in the back of the closet, hidden under a winter coat)

1. Not all breath fresheners are the same. Always check ingredients. If these are what you refer to, http://www.pfizerch.com/product.aspx?id=493 you could have them, but as it contains sucralose, (an artificial sweetener), it should be used in moderation (total a. s.'s limited during induction to 2-3 servings/day). Sweeteners and sugar alcohols can cause some people some intestinal troubles, plus the sweetness could be a trigger.
Drinking more water helps eliminate breath odor, plus you can use some veggies, herbs and spices to help.~Susan
