I was checking at fitday flax seeds grounded, wheat bran and almond grounded, (to make muffins)
I could not find flax seeds grounded, it says just flax seeds and it says it has more net carbs than almonds grounded.
It even says that wheat bran has more net carbs than almond grounded!!! Is that right??
Wich one has less net carbs per cup? Hope someone can help me with this.
