I've tried a few low carb yogurts but for the most part I've only found tiny portions and chalky tasting crud. Dannon "Carb and Sugar Control" tasted nasty to me!
Anyway, I went into Ralphs today and found that they have their own low carb yogurt. They call it Ralphs "Carb Master" Yogurt. It has 3 carbs per serving and is in a regular 6oz size serving cup! The flavors I have found were strawberry, peach, raspberry, and vanilla. I've only tried strawberry and I must say it was excellent. It is sweetened with sucralose (Splenda) and tastes creamy like yogurt should. No weird after taste or chalky texture, just nice smooth yogurt. PLUS it has actual pieces of the fruit in it! It beats Dannon's low carb yogurt hands-down in my opinion.
*Disclaimer: NOT FOR INDUCTION. All flavors have dairy product in it (duh), so you need to be in or past the dairy rung. AND all flavors except vanilla have actual fruit in it (so if you get the fruity ones you need to have the appropriate fruit rung)!
