So, I guess there is actually no fruit in this fruit spread?

Ah, I was wondering how they came up w/ zero carbs! I don't remember the carb count but there is another brand called 50/50 for diabetics that is pretty low carb--not zero I remember but way lower than regular fruit spreads, but it does actually contain fruit!

Want to try something really good with these fruit spreads? Make a mock danish with 1 tbsp wheat bran or flax meal added to the egg part, cook according to the recipe, cool. Mix 1 tsp of the spread with about 1 tbsp of cream cheese, nuke it and mix more, then spread on the mock danish. GOOD stuff!!!!

          Walden's rocks

Yes!! I love the Walden's Apple Butter. It's pretty solid and is like a jelly, not a butter. Very tasty, but there is a bit of a sweetener aftertaste.

Great for an occasional treat when you get to that fruit rung of OWL. I put it on lowcarb pancakes or mix it with some peanut butter or with some flakes of Atkins Almond Crunch cereal for a snack.

I recently purchased the Raspberry spread and it is deeeelicious!

I also like the Walden Farms maple syrup better than any other... it is also zero carbs and is thick, not watery like most all the others I've seen. Tastes good, too!
