and also...

Diet Coke sweetened with Splenda..

I know Splenda is allowed, but how much caffeine is in it??
The caffeine amount is not listed in the NF, just in the list of ingredients (1 before the last ingredient)

Will I stall???

Diet Coke is evil and must be destroyed.

Diet Water works best for everyone around here. Oh yes, Diet Water, fuh-get-about-it, have the non Diet Water - straight fully freshly squoozed Water.

orbitz was listed as no carbs.\ when I checked it out in the supermarket isle.

As far as soda, diet rite is ok but id still only do it in moderation.
