If anyone needs a breath of fresh air....

I work with alot of clients, and sometimes onion and egg breath isn't all that wonderful. I have found a great little tool.

Sugar free altoids in wintergreen. 0 carbs, 0 sugar, and made with suralose (splenda) These little bitty's are great ! I Found them at the local gas station. Of course in moderation.

I just found these as well. one of the first ingredients is corn starch though so not sure but it does say no carbs, who knows. These are super tiny though so I do use them only once on sunday where I am face to face with tons of ppl since my keto breath is KICKIN'
