  • Hot Dogs - Atkins friendly

Thought I'd just throw this out for anyone looking for a good hot dog to eat. I get these from Publix grocery stores in the south.
The hot dogs are made by Applegate Farms and are delicicous. Taste like standard hot dogs. Their website has a store locator to see if you can get them in your area.

Applegate Farms Great Organic Uncured Hot Dog
Ingredients: Organic Grass-Fed Beef, Water, Contains Less Than 2% Of The Following: Sea Salt*, Organic Spices, Organic Garlic Powder, Organic Paprika, Celery Juice*, Organic Onion, Lactic Acid Starter Culture (Not From Milk).

    110 Cal, 8g fat (3 sat), 0g carbs, 7g protein

I find them best flat pan fried rather than boiled or barbecued. BBQ wasn't bad, though.

sound delicious. Are regular hot dogs that bad off for you?
