  • Soy Crisps

Don't know if anyone mentioned these yet but I just bought Soy Crisps by Eat Smart in Walmart in the chips and pretzel section. The ones I bought were the Parmesan, garlic & olive oil seasoned. Twenty chips are 6g net carbs and 7g soy protein. Theres a lot of sodium though which I knew as soon as I tasted them. There seems to be other varieties which I would like to try if the sodium is lower. They taste pretty good and great for dipping.

Oh, my gosh, I LOVE Soy Crisps...both varieties. I have to be careful to only count out one serving and put the bag completely away, or I'll just keep eating them. They're terrific when I want something crunchy!!! You're right that they're high-sodium, but with the amount of water I'm drinking (lots and lots), I don't really worry about sodium too much. I give a hearty "thumbs up" to Soy Crisps!!!!

I liked these too and I don't normally like soy type chips, but these were really pretty good. will buy them again.
