  • no effective carb sweets??????

    so what exactly does it mean when they say no effective carbs, i got some zero effective carb sweets but they still say they have 71.2g of carbs. does this mean i can eat them or not???
    help cause i really love sweets.

    Well, first, I'm no expert, but I have been reading this board since March and I can tell you lots of folks have had bad experiences with foods like this. Either they stall their weight loose, or they get diarrhea real quickly. If you are on Inductions, do yourself a favor and stay away from them. If your on OWL, and you want to see what effect they have, buy one and try it.. Just make sure you don't have plans for the evening. Also if your cravings suddenly kick in you will know that your body is not like the test subjects they used to practice on. We are all different and we all react differently.

      wow 71 carbs. Man you need to read the DIET FAQ sugar alcohol post by Brook. And if any one believes that those 71 carbs are really not there I have some ocean front property west of the Smokies Mountains I'd be happy to sell you. They won't effect you in the first 30 min which is when the official measurenments are done benn as soon as they hit your large intestines you will get a BS spike.

        thanks guys, as much as i'd love to buy some of those mountain things i think i'll pass,

        i tried the sweets and boy do they pass through you, it didn't even take an hour so that counts them out since i wanted them for the aeroplane journey on my hols, not a nice smell in a confined area.
        and they increased my hunger cravings x a million. i ate so much before bed last night, all low carb but they all count. if sweets aren't really your thing then i advise you to stear clear of these as they do create bad effects.
