anyone try them out? i tried the icecream bars with 3 g per bar and it was okay. the box looks a lot like atkins ensure brand..which has 2 g per bar but breyers is of course cheaper..

I have the vanilla, choc, strawberry one.

Unless they have changed their recipe the Breyers Carbsmart Ice Creams contain HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) which is a form of sugar.

Watch those "net carb" claims--very few folks can actually deduct the sugar alcohol carbs, so for expample on this label

you should really be counting 7 carbs per half cup, not zero as they claim! YMMV so be careful! Especially if you have trouble with portion control!
