Hi there, I am from England and would like any tips on low-carb products in supermarkets. It takes ages to shop now as I am constantly checking labels. I am on week 6 of the diet, it bit disapointed with only losing 7lbs particularly as my husband has lost a stone and contantly cheats. However I am back from a weeks holiday(came off the diet and ate three NORMAL meals a day) including two puddings a day!! and I am thrilled to bits that I have (in two days) lost all but a pound of the 7lbs put on in that week!! So back to induction and OUCH what a headache I had yesterday!!
