There are certain "comfort" foods that I typically begin craving when the weather begins to get cooler. I have a great collection of recipes for some of my favorites - turkey meat loaf, chicken stew, Italian wedding soup w/meatballs, etc. The problem with these recipes are the bread crumbs (meatloaf/meatballs) and the flour/corn starch (soups/stews).
