lower carb potato

Has anyone tried SunLite lower carb potatoes? I bought some today to try in my corn beef and cabbage. The label on the bag says 18 carbs and 4 g fiber. A lot less than reg. potatoes. I know, NOT INDUCTION FRIENDLY .

I don't think you can get them anywhere but Florida yet. I've asked about them at my local grocery stores and they act like I'm crazy.

I had one of these on Sat. and one on Sun.

They are great and it was so nice to have a baked potato with sour cream and butter to accompany my steak off the grill. :yummy

On Sun. I had meatloaf and a real mashed potato.

I can't wait to make potato salad next! :joy
