Found a low carb taco shell by accident - "La Tiara". It was in the regular Mexican food isle at my local grocery store (HyVee in Iowa). VERY DELICIOUS!!! and not advertized as "low carb"
The yellow taco has 1 net carb per shell. The white taco shell has 2 net carbs. I tried the yellow taco shell. Found them a little smaller than the usual shells "pre-Atkins" but very delicate and good.
I definitely will be using these a lot!! Tacos, chips over taco salad, etc.!!
