    New Splenda -1 carb, 1 FIBER??

    If the new Splenda has 1 gram of carb and now 1 fiber gram does this mean we don't have to count a packet at ALL???

              i've heard of it, but didn't see it at the grocery store. it is the splenda with fiber.

                      Per packet: 0 Calories, 2g Carbohydrate, 1g Dietary Fiber (Soluble Fiber).
                      Yep, if it sounds too good to be true....it probably is! Looks like each packet still counts as 1 carb apiece.

                          I've looked at Splenda's website. I've been counting each packet at ONE carb. I think it was in the new edition. Oh well - back to square "one".
