I really, really like these, but there are a few things to note: 7g of sugar alcohols, and the nutrition facts are for 7 servings, but there are only 6 waffles in the package.
They're about the size of a coaster, individually wrapped. Not as good as the real thing (and I've had those, OMG) but really good for what they are. They're fairly sweet and made from flour, not soy. Certainly not an everyday thing, but since they're individually wrapped, you can keep them for awhile.
7 net grams of carbs, and again 7g of alcohols.
