    These are really good. Found a pack with no sugar and 8g of carbs per serving. I have to say I'm almost 6 months in so have done all the rungs and found that I can maintain at almost 100g of carbs a day, which is fantastic for me because of all the choices I now have!

    So if your carb level is low, these will have to be a "Treat".

    One more thing...they will upset your tummy in large quantities LOL!

    I really like them too. With some cheese and salami and cucumbers - yummy stuff. One of the things I have introduced on rung 9

      I just had one with cheese yesterday. Before I was putting guacamole on it and chicken.
