A packet of True Orange gives a more natural orange flavor. True Lemon & True Lime are also great.

p.s. This beer thread sure is popular!!

I wonder if it tastes good...I'm guessing not so much...if someone can find it & try it I'd like to know what your favorite beer is (so I know what you are comparing to), and how this product compares....

I'll try it for sure if I can find it. Before Atkins I typically had Rolling Rock on hand during the spring / summer months and New Castle during the fall / winter months. I know neither are exotic, but, they are affordable and yummy. Blue Moon only draft for me please.

I agree with Liv - since ingredients in beer are water, hops, barley, malt and yeast I'm wondering how they got this to "0" carbs.....probably alot like the bars and shakes being allowed on induction according to the Atkins company......

Like they say - if it's sounds too good to be true......

                        Me too and I agree.

Maybe they made the 0 carb brew with meat drippings? There is a cafe in CA that actually uses rendered bacon fat in their coffee.

I thought Skinny Dip was made by the red hook brewery? They are located in my city - and I think it is only a seasonal (summer) brew. So stock up now if you find out it is low carb!

No carb beer????? If you think about it, it's just a marketing ploy because on OWL Phase and Pre-Maintenance Phase, you can have the real thing. It's like settling for glass when you can have the diamond.

I miss Shipyard Pumpkin Ale! It's a hugely popular beer in New England in the fall and most bars serve it with a cinnamon and sugar rim. It is so yummy and it just tastes like fall to me. It's high in calories (185 per 12oz) and I'm sure it's loaded with carbs. I'm willing to give it up to lose the weight, but I sure do miss it!
