Russell Stover LOW CARB chocolates including:
Pecan Delights
Toffee Squares
Mint Patties
Peanut Butter cups
Truffle Cups
Pecan Delight cups
ALL fabulous. Even my VERY picky husband couldn't tell the difference between these and regular chocolate.
Available online at Walgreens.com, and probably other places.Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.
I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

I'm with Lili on this one. I am 3 days out of Induction and tried my first La Tortilla whole wheat tortillas for dinner tonight. They were great for the quick egg salad I mixed up. I am a bachelor who used to eat sandwiches almost every day and I have really missed the quick easy meals by whipping up a quick sammy. Now I can make some tasty wraps with these things.

I found mine at a local Cub Foods grocery store. You do a store search on the La Tortilla web site by zip code. I live in Minneapolis MN and came up with at least 20 stores within 10 miles that carry them. Click here for the site.
Good Luck!

Keto apple-cinammon hot cereal - yummy. I have it every morning for breakfast. It's cheaper at the Vitamin Shoppe - I think $4.50, but the retail price is 6.99. Oh, and if you're on the berries rung, a few blueberries really make it delicious.
However, I just bought some wheat bran today to try the flax cereal variation, so it'll be interesting to see how that compares - certainly a lot cheaper

The new Atkins Endulge pint of butter pecan ice cream is the yummiest, worst for me thing around. I had a seriously hard time limiting myself to a serving. I'd never even *had* butter pecan ice cream before, but, man, I liked it.
Less dangerous and more bang for the buck: I am a huge fan of Ketogenics' Blueberry Muffin Mix.5'7"/F/23 -- 193/159/137 (size 8ish)

GUMMY BEARS LIVE!
Hi All, I been on Induction for nearly a week, and haven't tried a lot of low carb snacks yet. But Carbolite sells a brand of gummy bears made with Splenda- no carbs no sugar & tastes just like the real thing!!!!! I found these at GNC.

I agree with excellent whole wheat tortillas. Also, I use Carbsense zero baking mix to make waffles. I just tried Mini Carb granola cereal and it is very good. Atkins banana nut muffins are great and Carbsense honey bran muffins are very acceptable.

I completely agree about the Atkins Banana Nut Muffins. They are awesome. After they've become cool, you can always pop one in the microwave for 30 seconds and spread some butter on it. They will taste like they just came out of the oven. I can't tell the difference between them and the real thing. They also make your kitchen smell fabulous while they are baking. They make a great breakfast, dessert or snack.Terri
