ok, it cost 2.50 at wal mart for half gallon. i thought, "what the heck" and threw it in the cart. It says it's Atkins approved right on the carton, and has 3 g of carbs per serving... man, i tell you what. AWESOME.
took one glass to get used to, but now, to me it tasts JUST like chocolate milk. you guys gotta try this stuff..
just watch the serving size....only 1 cup or something like that... not bad for a treat
