Anyone tried these. They're very good but are they induction friendly. They are only 6 carbs per serving. My guess is they are as long as you keep under your 20 carbs per day???

No, they are not okay during Induction. They are not okay until OWL Rung 9, actually.Originally posted by 2bsticks View PostAnyone tried these. They're very good but are they induction friendly. Did you check the list of ingredients? Did you find those ingredients on the Acceptable Foods List for Induction?
The Induction phase of Atkins is not about eating anything as long as the net carbs stay below 20 g.
Also, the majority of your net carbs should come from vegetables."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

An easy misconception is that "as long as it 'fits' under 20 net carbs then it is OK! You should go back and re-read your DANDR 2002. ;-) It will be worth it!Do you want a solution, or do you want me to tell you what you want to hear, which is what kept you the way you are.

What's DANDR?
Never mind, DUH. I got it now. I do, have the book I will look through it again. On day 13 of induction and so far only dropped 4LBS. Seems a bit on the light side? I have been loyal too, also doing the treadmill. Must hang in there

Re: Big Train Pancakes
DANDR = Dr. ATkins New Diet Revolution, 2002 edition. That is the book that explains how to do Atkins the proper way.
Don't fall into the trap that alot of people do and think that Atkins is about eating only less than 20 grams of carbs or that Atkins is about eating only meat/eggs/bacon/cheese or that any low carb diet is Atkins. Atkins is a very specific low carb diet.
