They make a selection of salad dressings, bbq sauce, ketchup, mariana sauce, peanut butter, etc. etc. All the products have pretty much 0 Calories, 0 Fat, 0 Carbs, etc. etc. Do have sodium though - not sure if would be considered high ?

They seem like a pretty good addition to the Atkins WOE ? Is this true ?

A lot of people think they have a very off-putting chemical taste, since that's what they're made from

The few items I've tried have ended up in the trash.

The things you mention can all be made at home without chemicals ... that's what I would do.

On the other hand lots of people like them - or the convenience. You just have to try them and see what your tastebuds say.

Peanut butter with 0 everything... that's interesting.

        The ingredients are:

Ingredients: Triple Filtered Purified Water, cellulose gum, salt, corn starch, xanthan gum, natural fresh roasted peanut flavoring, natural peanut extract, peanut flour, caramel color, lactic acid, propolyene glycol alginate, sucralose.

As we all know, corn starch, caramel color, propolyene glycol alginate, peanut flavoring, etc., are all real, very nutritionally dense foods.

        Not in my opinion.

I prefer my peanut butter to have only peanuts in it... and maybe salt.

The idea is not to eat 0 carb foods that can fill your stomach, but to learn to make healthy, nutritious choices from real carbohydrate-containing foods.

The barbecue sauce was very good and I will buy it again. The chocolate sauce and marshmallow creme sauce both were totally off in taste and texture and I would not recommend them. (Though I have to say my bf likes it but I'm pretty sure he'd eat anything..)
