Is molasses ok for induction? I'd skip the molasses in the recipe(s) and sweeten with something else. I'm not 100% sure if the Walden Farms bbq sauce is ok, but it's 0 carbs per serving. You might want to check it out and see what the label says in terms of ingredients. I know they sweeten with Splenda.
