Has anyone tried these? I was thinking of ordering some from amazon because of the good reviews, but I wanted to see if someone had tried them. I am going to try and introduce sugar free chocolate into my menu and see if it stalls me.

thanks, but i'm actually in OWL week 2. I think I am brave enough to try a bit of sugar alcohol. Would you recommend against it?Comment

Yes, I would recommend against it.
Did you have a habit of eating chocolate before Atkins?
