I was thinking about summarizing the lo carb products I have tried as well. Here goes:

Aunt Paula's chocolate chip cookies: awesomely delicious but made me stall - tried them once and can't have again - too addictive

Cheeters crackers: life would not be the same without these. I need some 'crunch' and these are perfect. I love the sesame with some whipped cream cheese on top

Atkins ice cream: vanilla = wonderful; chocolate = not so hot

Carbsense pizza crust: yum-ola; nice with cheese and mushrooms

Ashers buttercrunch candy: OMG too delicious, but too many sugar alcohols

Carbrite chocolate crisp bars: better than Nestles crunch - dangerous though, as may cause addiction

Walden Farms choc syrup: ok if you gotta have chocolate syrup but not close to the real thing

Atkins banana nut bread mix: thank god this was invented

La Tiara hard tortilla shells: very good but very thin - they fall apart

La Tortilla soft taco shells: not bad

Cheeter's bagels: if you need a bagel this fits the bill

All-natural sinfully lo carb loaf (bread): the best I have found for when you need a slice of toast or a grilled cheese sandwich

    Just the Cheese: GAG

Atkins peanut butter cups: very good, keep these in the freezer for when needed during TOM

Atkins Shake - strawberry (hate the chocolate): good and kept in the fridge at work for when no time to catch a meal

      candy;

Ashers Liquid carmel, Peanut butter - excellent
Asher's peppermint - ok but a tad "mediciny"

i've recently "uped" my carb level intake to 35g(max) per day so i am able to use a little Heinz ketchup until they release the One Carb ketchup......but I've hit a plateau (no weight gain or loss)

If i don't see a change in another week I may have to go back to induction

        thoughts

Diet Rite - too much of a generic taste but okay in a pinch
Diet Pepsi - Caffiene Free - love it

Carbolite Candy Covered Peanuts - 2die4
Carbolite Peanut Butter Cups - ditto

Atkins Endulge wafer bars - all flavors - crunch when you want crunch
Atkins Crisps - Well worth the 5 carbs for the crunchy chips
Atkins Ice Cream - actually tastes like ice cream

Cheeters Chocolate Chip Muffins - Tasty and really filling.
        Atkins Cheesecake - Very good.

Hersheys - Goes right through me and I don't trust it.
Nestles - Turtles are incredibly good
Russell Stover - Toffee Squares are excellent

Atkins Ketch-A-Tomato (ketchup) - the best! Order a lot.

Obviously my weakness pre-low carb was sweets.

          Low-Carb Products:

Russell Stover's Lo-Carb English Toffee - Very Very tasty, but has sugar alcohols

Atkins Breakfast bars: Apple Cinnamon - Not bad, but not great
Atkins Breakfast bars: Cinnamon Roll - Very tasty, great when you need something that tastes like it has carbs but doesn't.
Atkins Cookies and Creams Advantage Bars - Taste good to me, but might stall your weight loss, I have stopped eating them. They are also oddly oily.

Atkins Pancake and Waffle Mix - I love this stuff, and no sugar alcohols! Most people seem to dislike it though... Don't buy it if you want something that tastes like pancakes, but if you want something that tastes... interesting, give it a try, it is still yummy.

Atkins Ketchup - Tastes like ketchup
Atkins Barbecue Sauce - Not bad, not for BBQ purists, but has some light kick and flavor to it, great over grilled pork.

Atkins Bake Mix - Sort of afraid to use it now. Tried a very unsuccessful attempt to make cheese sticks with it (almost burned down the kitchen in the process, plus smoked everyone out, and charred weird black soy stuff on the pan). But it seemed to work fairly well making veal piccata...

Atkins Accell Pills: Great for energy boost, definately work well as an appetite suppresant for me as well (although I end up doubling the dosage to get the effect, they are still cheaper than competing brands).

Products that aren't really branded as low-carb, but are very tasty and happen to be low-carb as well:

Hooter's Brand Wing Sauce - Thick, with a little kick, goes great poured over grilled chicken with some homemade blue cheese dressing spooned on top.

Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce - Must tastier than the original when you want something with a full smoky flavor, I go through this almost like water.

Tobasco Habenero Sauce - A little spicier than the regular, with an almost sweet tint to it, I think it has a little carb from some fruit in there, so be careful, but a little bit does go a long way.

Penrose Brand Pickled Sausages - Great yummy snack for anytime

La Victoria brand Tuna Stuffed Jalepenos - Another great snack, just open the can and pop 'em in (availible at your local mexican grocer)

Hormel Brand Pepperoni Sticks - a little bit fattier than some others, tend to slice easier and fry up easier for 'pepperoni chips'. Probably the least authentic, but it is my personal preference.
