I was recently at my local health food store and discovered that they have a whole line of atkins/keto products. I was very excited until I read the ingredients in some of these things. Ugh, can't pronounce most of them. Then I picked up a bag of whole grain amaranth, whole wheat flour, and whole grain rye to compare. All pure and natural. Wouldn't it be better to use smaller amount of pure foods? I think out bodies are more used to them. What do you think?
