Last night I was at our local Wal-Mart, scanning the low-carb aisle, and I came across a new product line called Mini-Carb. I love granola and saw that they had an apple cinnamon low-carb granola. I picked it up and the granola is awesome! It tastes just like regular granola without all the carbs. There are 4 grams of carbs in 1/2 a cup.
They had other products there that I'm interested in trying, too, such as muffin mixes, cakes, and pizza crust.
Has anybody out there tried these products?
