  • Russle Stover Low Carb Chocolates at Walmart

Five bucks a box, but it says .6 or 7 carbs PER candy. Smallish sized chocolate candies. Milk chocolate, milk chocolate almond, and mintchocolate. Probably more but I can't remember.

    Has anyone had them?

Russle Stovers makes the nifty candy boxes that usually have snoopy or garfield attatched to them; either stuffed toys holding mini boxes, or ornaments shrinkwrapped to miniboxes.

soooooooo............ (being as I am still on induction and can't have candy yet low carb or not)

    Dear Santa,

Please fill my stocking with lowcarb candies this year!

    Love, Angela

Pretty sure they are stuffed with sugar alcohols, which can cause stalls in some people. So even when you are off of induction, if you eat them at all, eat them very sparingly.

(Although I can tell you from personal experience the Russel Stover's lo-carb english toffee is superb).

I tried the individually wrapped Russell Stover candies. Walmart has them for under a dollar, as does Walgreens. The Turtles were HEAVENLY, 1.2 carbs per piece. The toffee was excellent if you like Heath bars, ZERO carbs!!!!

I wonder if the choc toffee LC candy bar is the very same as the RS sugarless, choc toffee sticks. If they are then, buying the sugarless is far less expensive.
The little candy bar(2 small bites) at walmart is 88 cents

the 8 oz. box of sugarless, choc toffee sticks, at walmart is $5.

I am wondering is the carb counts are the same, per serving. I will check this out next time i am in Wallyworld! :laughing

Has anyone noticed the price increase, since They started selling the Sugar Free Candy, as low carb?

It wasn't even listed as low carb, but as soon as it was the price went up.

Toni: I love the Peppermint Patties also. If you put them in the freezer they taste just like frozen Peppermint Girl Scout Cookies !!

                  Hey,

Welcome to the boards Huskerchick. What do you think of Callahan? I might have to check out some Nebraska games this year to see what he does with a college team, hopefully the season will go better than this past one he had with my Raiders .

                    :P

COOL......ANOTHER RAIDER FAN !! I love the Raiders, I have since clear back when John Madden was their coach.

I think Callahan will do well with the team this year. The quarterback he has to work with is WAY MORE talented than what Solich had to work with! You probably don't see much of the Huskers being clear in Delaware.

Hehe, true, I have never really payed much attention to them but I figure I might this year with Callahan taking the helm. Delaware has the UD Fightin' Blue Hens, I-AA National Champs this past year, so that fills my college FB attention during that season . Sometimes I catch a Michigan game as well, but hey, might as well keep expanding the horizons.

these are delicious and addictive, esp. the toffee and mint ones. heed to the warning on the package. they DO have a laxative effect on me , when eating more than a couple...ronda
