Wooshie?

I am a newbie and was hoping somone could explain to me what the phrase "get a wooshie" means? I am trying to figure out if this is something that I want to get!

Shes called the Whoosh Fairy. She comes around when she feels like it. LOL

It means when you havent lost weight for a some time and then all of a sudden you lose a few pounds!
