    Scrambled eggs and spinich

I like to have my breakfast after I arrive at the office so that requires a little innovation.

This morning I grabbed a couple eggs and a can of spinich.

This is what I whipped up and it was exellente'.

Crack eggs into microwavable GLASS bowl and mix.

Pop into microwave and cook for 20 seconds, stir, cook again for 15 seconds, stir.

Add a 3rd of a can of high quality spinich.

Cook for another 20 seconds, stir cook another 10 seconds.

Remove stir and season.... Waaa Laa Gourmet Scrambled Eggs and Spinich.

    Hit the spot for me.

Sorry if someone posted something similar.

One of our favorite weekend breakfasts include scrambled eggs and spinach with a few chopped mushrooms and some feta or cheddar! I agree ... breakfast can take some motivation and innovation!

I *love* eggs and spinach, but don't own a MW.

I love to sautee fresh baby spinach leave in butter first, and then toss in my eggs. Good with or without cheese :yes
