This recipe is really yummy fast and EASY.
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup salsa (low carb - no added sugars or starches)
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
Brown meat in a skillet and when it's finished drain fat.
mix in salsa and cook for about 5 minutes.
sprinkle cheese on top and on low heat stir until completely melted.
You can adjust the amounts of the ingredients to your taste...I just kinda estimated what I used.
Don't be afraid to play around w/this recipe. It's also great with diced peppers, onions, jalepenos - get your veggies in this recipe and it makes it even better!
If your on the grains rung of OWL then this makes great burrito/taco filling!
