30-50 small shrimp thawed, precooked, peeled and devained
1 T. olive oil
1 t. each garlic powder and onion powder
1 t. kosher salt
1 T. dried parsley flakes, or fresh parsley finely chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream
Hot prepared spagetti squash
If moist, place the shrimp between four folded peices of paper towel and pat dry. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Since the shrimp is precooked, you only need to fry over medium heat for a few minutes, sprinkling seasonings and salt over the shrimp while frying. Add the heavy cream, stirring and scraping the bottom occasionally until it reduces to a sauce. Serve over the steaming hot spagetti squash, and enjoy. It tastes just like Shrimp Alfredo over buttery pasta.
