We had this last night. My extremely picky kids even wanted seconds. I used half the cheddar cheese and that was fine. We will definately be making this on a weekly basis.Michele SW250/CW 226/GW150 F, 38, 5'6"

Made this last night for hubby to bring to work today... After cooking the ground beef I put in the the blender and then formed a wonderful hamburger crust...forgot to add the bacon so after putting the egg mixture in I added it... Last night it had just finished cooling when hubby walked in...so of course he wanted to sample a little sliver..he did and said it was soooo yummy..I can't wait to try it today!! Thanks for a great recipe!!

I made this tonight and WOW was it amazing. So easy and so delicious, it comes out of the over so perfect I can barely bring myself to hack into it!

I just made this using no sugar sausage (hot) and left out the bacon and onions. This is really good. I'll keep this in mind for future meals.
