    MMMmmmm.....
    I just finished dinner and i must say it was the best dinner ive had since ive been in Atkins...! :icondance
    I was bored with my plain chicken so i decided to try something new...
    Heres the recipe:
    1 egg
    garlic salt
    2 tbsp of soy sauce
    pork rinds
    4 pieces of boneless chicken
    canola oil

    First get the oil really hot, as the oil is heating up, smash the pork rinds really good.... Crack the egg and beat it , mix it with the soy sauce and the garlic salt. When the oil is hot enough dip the chicken in the egg batter and then dip it in the pork rinds... chicken is ready to fry!
    Once golden on both sides and the chicken is cooked, your set to dine like a king! I LOVE ATKINS! :joy

    Also i had some salad with that and i have this killer dressing for that too...
    All you need is 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and 1 tbsp of picante mild salsa, make sure its low on carbs... ITS SO GOOD AND LOW CARB!
