  • Chicken "stuffing"

I adapted a recipe my aunt used to make. I'm not sure on the carb content though. Could someone please help me out? How badly did I blow my WOE?

1 package Jimmy Dean 50% fat sausage
3 strips bacon - cooked, then chopped
Handful BBQ flavoured pork rinds, crushed finely (the brand I got has 0 carbs)
    1 small onion, finely diced
    Italian Herb mix

Combine all the above ingredients. Stuff into chicken. Roast chicken way you usually do allowing extra 20 minutes for stuffing.

I appreciate any and all input.

Aside from whatever was in the Italian Herb Mix and Onion, I see nothing that should be adding noticeable carbs to that, should be fine.

Thanks. It worked out better than I thought it would! I just had a little panic attack about the carbs!

Carb counts are not mysteries, you can easily figure them out yourself.

The total carbs for any recipe will always be the sum of its ingredients, so whether you use the chart in the book or fitday, you can figure it out and not have to worry.
