Everyone who makes this would make it diffrent, This is what I did.
2lbs of Hamburger meat browned but left chunky
I added 1 can of Rotel, you could use whole tomatos too
1 large onion diced
Beef stock
After onions were soft I added about 1/2 of a head of finely sliced cabbage.
Last night it tasted like cabage soup(remember the diet?)
Today the cabage got mushier and it flet and tasted like noodles
You could add any induction vegis
