Ingredients - Single serving 5 grams of Carbs per serving 5starFlavour!
Induction Sensitive
1- 3-4 oz chicken breast
½ cup Broccoli Spears (1.7g net Carbs)
¼ cup Feta Cheese, drained and crumbled (0.8g carbs)
4 Green or black Olives, sliced (2.5g carbs)
1 tsp. Butter
1TBS Olive oil
¼ tsp Basil
Big Pinch Garlic Powder
Big Pinch Black ground Pepper
1 TBS Lemon, freshly squeezed
Mix Olive Oil, melted butter, basil, garlic powder, pepper, and lemon together. Dice up chicken into large size chunks, or leave whole and marinate in mixture for ½ hour. Place Chicken and all marinade into non-stick skillet. Cook on medium low heat- about 20-30 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked. Meanwhile, steam broccoli in microwave until tender-crisp, drain water add to cooked chicken mixture. Heat together for 2 minutes, add Feta Cheese and sliced olives. Continue to heat until feta melts. Remove from heat, and serve with Ice cold water.
