PHILLY-ME UP EGGS
Looks like a complicated "build"- but not at all....I think I just got carried away with the instructions
Ingredients - Single serving 5.5 grams of Carbs per serving Microwave Version!
Induction Sensitive
2- Eggs, whole (2 carbs)
1 TBS Philly Cream Cheese (2.5g carbs)
3 slices Bacon
1 slice Ham, thin slice(1 g carb)
I choose to cook everything in the microwave- much easier in the morning when things are more rushed.. 1st, cook bacon in mic on high for the amount of time it takes to achieve the desirable cripness. Cover with a paper towel to reduce splattering.
Mean while mix eggs in a bowl with a TBS of cold water (water makes eggs fluffier!) Add seasoning to taste to your preference.
When bacon is done, remove from mic- set aside and put microwave safe bowl containing egg mixture into mic. Cover with saran, but leave an air vent. Cook until just starting to puff (only about 20-30 seconds- mics vary) Stir eggs, and put back in mic to finish cooking (only about 10-15 seconds, depending on mic)
Meanwhile, spread cream cheese over ham slice and roll up into a cigar shape. This will be then put in microwave for a few seconds when eggs are done. Just enough time to heat ham and soften/warm cheese.
When you cook eggs in a “cereal size” bowl you will end up with a nice round “patty” egg. Place on plate. Unroll ham and cheese, place cheese side down onto egg. Top with bacon. YUMMY!!!!
Serve with Ice cold water!
