    Two breasts of chicken
    50ml olive oil
    150 ml double cream
    100 ml water
    3 garlics
    Handful of spinach, chopped
    1/3 red pepper
    1/2 tsp hot/mild chilli powder
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp paprika

    Fry chicken and garlic, ten mins. Add peppers and spinach, five minutes. Turn down heat. Mix cream, water and spices together and pour over. Cook for another five...

    Add more of the above spices to taste and serve with salad.
