    I have just had a gorgeous tea

    Chicken breasts cut down the side and stuffed with garlid mushrooms, mozarella cheese and sinach then closed up and rolled in a slice of ham.

    I then wrapped the breasts in tin foiland cooked on 190 for 25 minutes.

    Serve with french green beans and spring cabbage.

    Delicious...............mmmmmmmmmmm
