1/2 cup of Ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup of finel crushed pork rinds
4 checken breast fillets, skinless & boneless
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together dressing & pork rinds. Coat each chicken breast with mixture. Arrange on a baking sheet. Combine both cheese and sprinkle over chicken breasts. Bake 25 minutes and server. Makes 4 servings.
