  • Pork chop rolls

Here is something i make all the time and didnt think of it until now and they are sooo good..what you will need is..

    Pork tenderloin

pickles -thin strips - polish dill pickles are the best with this
    carrots - thin strips
    cauliflour - 1/2 inch pieces
    red peppers - thin strips
    green peppers - thin strips

    salt pepper to taste

    cooking string

    ----------------------------------------------

slice the pork into 1/2 inch slice - beat it thin

now you need to make a row onto the meat. add 1 or 2 strips of each ingredient and a few pieces of cauliflour.

add salt and pepper, roll it up, and wrap the cooking string around it to hold in place. the string is optional, but helps hold the veggies in. Then put in the oven on 300' until ready.not sure on timing.usually doesnt take long.Oh and add just a tiny bit of water in the pan and cover with aluminum foil.

make as many as you like you can make around a good 10 rolls with a piece of tenderloin.

Enjoy! be creative add more veggies!

Sounds great, Ol' Griz will give it a try. Sounds like something I might could use for catering.

We are always looking for low carb ideas to add to menu. Lot's of people ask for lo-carb.
