1 tbs psyllium husk (more if you want)
1/2 tbs baking powder
Mix well and fry in butter. Wait for the midle to set before turning.
That is as simple as it gets. Then you can start experimenting and trying what suits best for your taste buds.
For example add;
-if you need to eat more fat add some melted butter in the batter
-heavy cream, sweetener and cinnamon
-fry some bacon (or other meat) and before the pancake is set in the midle put them "inside" it and turn.
-make plain pancakes with little sweetener, on top put some cream cheese mixed with cinnamon and sweetener.
-any spice mix you like it doesn't have to be sweet
