  • My Delicious Omlett recipe; For breakfast, lunch or dinner!

    Very tasty and low carb.

    You will need.

    6-10 stips of bacon finley chopped
    1 finely chopped green onion
    1/2 cup shredded cabbage (some groceries already carry it bagged for coleslaw)
    2 eggs
    Your favorite shredded cheese (I used Swiss)
    2 tbls sour cream

    I find this works best cooked in a small pot (that you can fry in) to retain the shape of the omlett.
    Fry your bacon. Next add the onion and cook for a few minutes. In a seperate bowl beat your eggs and then add the chopped cabbage. Continue cooking until the egg is done. You will need to flip this at some point to cook the other side. Right near the end, place shredded cheese on top and cover your pot to allow the heat to melt the cheese. Serve on a plate and add salt and pepper to taste. Next spread the sour cream over the top. The sour cream compliments the bacon and makes this an Oh So Yummy dish!
