    I made this and it was so good I must have said WOW!! 10 times.

    Beef Vegtable soup

    3/4-1 pound ground beef
    1 whole tomato
    1 celery stock
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1/3 medium onion
    2-3 medium mushrooms
    1 clove of garlic
    1/2 teaspoon of oragano
    1/4 teaspoon of basil
    1 teaspoon of parmesan cheeze
    1-2 oz of shredded cheddar or mozzarella
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon of splenda
    2 tablespoons of water or beef stock-(only if you like a thin soup)
    1/2 teaspoon of tex mex spice
    1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder

    Fry ground beef in pan with salt, pepper until browned.

    In a high speed mixer/chopper put all the vegtables, beef stock and spices.
    Mix at high speed until it is liquid and soup like.

    Add the liquid to the ground beef and add the splenda and cheezes.
    Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes. You will feel awesome after eating this. Enjoy!
