Hey there. I made these for the 1st time it had
3 tbsp flax
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp heavy cream
splash of vanilla
The question is that the flax is 4 carbs and 4 dietary fiber ...this should be 0 carbs right? When you put it into fit day it comes up as 4 carbs for the 2 tbsp serving size? It says with all these ingredients it is 8 carbs that doesnt sound right to me? Anyone know? They gave the cinnamon, vanilla and baking powder like 2 carbs each. Any help would be great. Ithought this would be a low carb item
