    Chicken Pizza (love me or hate me for this)



    This beast began with Linda's Pork Rind Pizza Crust.

    Here's what I put on it:
    ranch dressing (instead of pizza sauce)
    Grilled, seasoned chicken
    a little mozzarella cheese
    some roasted garlic
    a little onion
    tomato
    cheddar cheese


    This should be outlawed. Seriously.


    I was just thinking that it might be good with BBQ sauce instead of ranch dressing, but I've found it nearly impossible to find acceptable BBQ sauce.

    Yuuuuuuummm!!

      Your pizza looks marvelous!!!!! Can I come for dinner? Check labels on tomato sauces. There are quite a few that have minimal carbs. Bon apetite!!!!

                              wow that tooks wayyyy too good to be Induction legal!! LOL. Great idea!! The only pizza altrnative I had was the mushy kinda thing that looked NOTHING like pizza. This looks so yum and easy to make too!!

                                      This is WONDERFUL! I used the italian style stewed tomatoes sparingly as my sauce.

                                      And may I say, as a lover of cold pizza, that it is even better for breakfast the next day!

                                      Once again, I am thrilled to have found this BB. I'm still turning my ketostix purple and am able to enjoy a good variety of food.

                                      You're making it very easy for me and my man to stay on this WOE. HOORAY!
