STIR FRY- INDUCTION SAFE( i got this somewhere but i cant remeber where :wave )
1 lb of boneless pork or beef cut in 1 inch cubes/ or smaller like for fajita meat
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs soy sauce
1tbs of yellow mustard
1 tsp onion powder/ to taste
1 tsp garlic powder/to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in fridge to marinate at least 15 minutes. Saute over medium heat until browned/cooked on all sides.
Other ingredients-
Then add in cooked or raw zucchini, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, or any other veggies you like.. Just adjust the nutrition data. This recipe serves two. The nutrition data is for one serving.
