  • the best quiche ever

I made quiche using one of Paula Deen's recipe except I left out the crust and it still tasted amazing! I have had it for lunch the past 2 days. It's really easy too. Here's the recipe:

    6 large eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cups heavy cream
    Salt and pepper
2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach, packed
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Combine the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Layer the spinach, bacon, and cheese in a...pie pan (?) or whatever they're called. Pour the egg mixture on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes until the egg mixture is set.

Mmm. I wish I took a picture of it. The cheese on top kind of creates this crust that is delicious.

I don't have the nutritional facts though...

Quiche is a really yummy, easy meal. I also like tomatoes and onions in mine.
